Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nylamama.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and review an approved return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
